Back at it
Talking about being back to making things with code
This is my first shot back at doing a bit of writing online to have my thoughts in the digital space. It feels like I haven't really done it since the Livejournal days in 2003, but it's something I've been meaning to do.
Life has been very rewarding lately, and I feel like diving back into code through vibe coding has really lit a fire.
Built 2 Discord bots, put this portfolio together, and am currently thinking bigger picture for the future.
So far, it's mostly dabbling with TypeScript, Next.js, TailwindCSS + shadcn/ui, Prismic (where I'm typing this right now), Upstash Redis, Supabase, UptimeRobot, Sentry, Resend, Vercel, Fly.io, and more.
Things on the list are vector databases, API rate limiting/CORS, DrizzleORM, Meilisearch, OpenAI API, Monaco Editor, Vitest, npm audit, Dependabot, and Stripe API.
I get to approach software development more with a Technical Product Manager mindset, which is way more my speed.
